Journal Article 2021 10 25 Coronavirus, as an acute respiratory syndrome, was detected in December 2019 in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China with an epidemic in humans. This virus soon spread throughout the world and is now the biggest crisis in the universe. The crown virus is now the king of the world and has extremely hampered global trade by restricting economic activity and disrupting production and supply chains. The basic principle of contract law is that the parties are committed to the promises made. However, events such as Corona affect the performance of the parties of the contract. Despite the unprecedented effects of the virus on the global economy, it has revived two classic concepts of international Sale: Force majeure and hardship. This article analyzes the extent of exemption from international liability in the Corona era from the perspective of the Convention on the International Sale of Goods and the Judicial procedure of the Convention. کروناویروس سندرم حاد تنفسی، در دسامبر ۲۰۱۹ در شهر ووهان استان هوبئی چین با همه‌گیری در انسان شناسایی شد. این ویروس پس از مدت کوتاهی تمام جهان را درگیر کرد و اکنون بزرگترین بحران گیتی شده است. این ویروس تاجدار، اکنون پادشاه جهان است و از طریق محدودیت در فعالیت‌های اقتصادی و ایجاد اختلال در زنجیره‌های تولید و تأمین کالا، به شدت مانع تجارت جهانی شده است. اصل اساسی حقوق قراردادها این است که طرفین متعهد به وعده‌های داده شده هستند. با این حال، رویدادهایی مانند کرونا بر عملکرد طرفین قرارداد تأثیر می‌گذارد. علیرغم تأثیرات بی‌سابقۀ این ویروس بر اقتصاد جهانی، باعث احیای دو مفهوم کلاسیک از بیع بین‌المللی شده است: فورس‌ماژور و هاردشیپ. این مقاله حدود و ثغور معافیت از مسئولیت قراردادهای بین‌المللی را در عصر کرونا از منظر کنوانسیون بیع بین‌المللی کالا و رویۀ قضایی کنوانسیون تجزیه و تحلیل می‌کند. و رویۀ قضایی کنوانسیون تجزیه و تحلیل می‌کند. https://lawresearchmagazine.sbu.ac.ir/article_102158_c7ec5586fe15ee2ece506a92589931e4.pdf
