In an<br />efficient legal system, following the various emerging situations, it is<br />possible to apply measures that can meet the event's needs based on legal<br />and possibly contractual provisions. The covid-19 pandemic can be<br />considered a natural and, of course, not very predictable event that affected<br />various aspects of the country's political, social, and economic life. This<br />epidemic in Employment Relations has a severe and destructive effect, such<br />as the forced reduction of working hours and the disappearance of job<br />opportunities. Under a descriptive approach, this report first deals with the<br />legal analysis of the Covid-19 pandemic and its impact on the employment<br />relationship. Then, according to the potential of the Iranian legal system,<br />including the situations provided in the labor law and social security law, the<br />solutions and legal necessities governing this situation will be provided<br />according to the different related parties, including the government,<br />employees, and employers. In addition, the rights and duties of each will be<br />explained. روابط کار مانند سایر عرصه‌های زیست انسانی، متأثر از پیشامدهای طبیعی، ضرورت‌های اجتماعی، اقتصادی و سیاسی است. در یک نظام حقوقی کارآمد، متناسب با وضعیت‌های مختلف حادث شده یا پیش‌روی، بر اساس پیش‌بینی‌های قانونی و احیاناً قراردادی امکان کاربست تدابیری است که می‌تواند پاسخگوی نیازهای حادث شده باشد. جهانگیری کووید19 و همه‌گیری آن در ایران را می‌توان پیشامدی طبیعی و البته نه چندان قابل پیش‌بینی دانست که جنبه‌های مختلف زیست سیاسی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی را در کشور متأثر نمود. این همه‌گیری در عرصۀ روابط کار نیز تأثیر جدی و البته مخربی از جمله کاهش اجباری ساعات کار و از بین رفتن فرصت‌های شغلی بر جای گذاشته و می‌گذارد.<br /><br />این گزارش با اتخاذ رویکردی توصیفی ابتدا به تحلیل حقوقی همه‌گیری کرونا و تاثیر آن بر رابطۀ کار پرداخته می‌شود. سپس با توجه به ظرفیت‌های نظام حقوقی ایران، از جمله وضعیت‌های پیش‌بینی شده در قوانین کار و تأمین اجتماعی، راه‌حل‌ها و ضرورت‌های حقوقی ناظر بر این وضعیت را فراروی طرفین رابطۀ کار شامل دولت، کارگران و کارفرمایان قرار می‌دهد و حقوق و تکالیف هر یک را تبیین می‌کند. https://lawresearchmagazine.sbu.ac.ir/article_102502_0a2f17e4b5bd516d425be2abd8c255df.pdf
