Cryptocurrencies are often portrayed as a major challenger to the current financial system, promising security, speed, transparency, increased financial transactions and creating a fairer economy, preserving privacy and eliminating administrative formalities. Assuming that we accept all these points but the crypto world does not always have positive aspects. Governments, regulatory agencies, central banks, and other financial institutions are struggling to consider the prospect of decentralized cryptocurrencies in terms of the legal, economic, and technical challenges they pose but there are still important and various challenges, including the problem of determining the competent court and the governing law, violation of mandatory regulations, tax evasion, committing crimes and disruption of the economic order, that require legal serious consideration. In this article, we discuss the most important legal, economic and technical challenges of crypto problems that lawyers, economists, software experts and investors should be aware of. Key Words Electronic Money, Cryptocurrency, Digital Currency, Virtual Currency.  چکیده<br /><br />علاقه عمومی به رمزارزها، مانند بیت کوین و اتریوم، اخیراً افزایش یافته است و بازار جهانی کریپتو کماکان در حال رونق است. رمزارزها اغلب به عنوان رقیب بزرگ برای سیستم مالی فعلی به تصویر کشیده می شوند که وعده امنیت٬ سرعت٬ شفافیت٬ افزایش تراکنش های مالی و ایجاد اقتصادی عادلانه تر٬ حفظ حریم خصوصی و حذف تشریفات اداری را می دهند. بر فرض اینکه همه این موارد را بپذیریم؛ اما همیشه دنیای کریپتو واجد جنبه های مثبت نیست. دولت‌ها، سازمان‌های نظارتی، بانک‌های مرکزی و سایر موسسات مالی به سختی تلاش می‌کنند تا چشم‌انداز غیرمتمرکز بودن رمزارز را از نقطه نظر چالش های حقوقی٬ اقتصادی و فنی که ایجاد کرده است را مد نظر قرار دهند؛ اما همچنان چالش های مهم و متعددی از جمله دشواری تعیین دادگاه صالح و قانون حاکم، نقض مقررات آمره، فرار مالیاتی، ارتکاب جرم و اخلال در نظم اقتصادی وجود دارد که نیازمند بررسی جدی است. در این مقاله، مهم‌ترین چالش‌های حقوقی، اقتصادی و فنی کریپتو را مورد بحث قرار می‌دهیم؛ مشکلاتی که حقوقدانان، اقتصاددانان، کارشناسان نرم‌افزار و سرمایه‌گذاران باید از آن آگاه باشند. https://lawresearchmagazine.sbu.ac.ir/article_102824_218fa169f0baf8ae3d9210a6a99dfbcc.pdf
