When filing a criminal case, assessing the integrity of the victim''s statements, the evidence and evidence presented in the administration of justice have a significant impact. In the course of the evolution of victimology, the scientific discovery of crimes and the rights of criminal investigations, the scientific significance of the phenomenon of victimization was considered. The formation of a criminal offense and the victim''s personality record are one of the main achievements of victimization. Detecting a crime, conducting investigations, identifying the accused and proving his delinquency in many cases relates to the victim. The victim will be the appropriate clerk to identify and prove the crime. In this way, it is possible to draw the criminal offense of the perpetrators. Forensic Victimology by identifying the causes of victimization and victim''s fault can provide appropriate models for crime prevention. On the other hand, determining the type, severity and actual rate of victimization and distinguishing real victimizations from false ones is also one of the most important issues in the process of preliminary investigations and trials Criminal should be taken into consideration. بزه‌دیده شناسی قضایی یا قانونی، شاخه‌ای از بزه‌دیده شناسی کاربردی است، بررسی و تحلیل علمی بزه‌دیدگی و بزه‌دیدگان به منظور کشف حقیقت در فرآیند تحقیقات مقدماتی و رسیدگی کیفری می‌باشد. در هنگام تشکیل پروندة کیفری، ارزیابی صحت و سقم اظهارات بزه‌دیده، دلایل و مدارک ارائه شده در اجرای عدالت تأثیر مهمی دارد. در ادامة تحولات بزه‌دیده شناسی، کشف علمی جرایم و حقوق تحقیقات جنایی اهمیتِ علمیِ پدیدة بزه‌دیدگی مورد توجّه قرار گرفت. تشکیل نیم رخ جنایی و پروندة شخصیّت بزه‌دیدگان از اهمّ دستاوردهای بزه‌دیده شناسی قضایی است. کشف جرم، انجام تحقیقات، شناسایی متهم و اثبات بزهکاری وی در بسیاری موارد با بزه‌دیده ارتباط پیدا می‌کند. بزه‌دیده سرنخ مناسبی برای شناسایی و اثبات بزهکاری مرتکب خواهد بود. تا از این طریق بتوان به ترسیم نیم رخ جنایی بزهکاران نیز دست یابد. بزه‌دیده شناسی قضایی با شناسایی علت‌های بزه‌دیدگی و تقصیر بزه‌دیده، می‌تواند الگوهای مناسبی برای پیشگیری از جرم ارائه نماید.از طرفی تعیین نوع، شدت و میزان واقعی بزه‌دیدگی و متمایز ساختن بزه‌دیدگی‌های واقعی از دروغین نیز از اهمّ موضوعاتی است که در فرآیند تحقیقات مقدماتی و دادرسی‌های کیفری باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد. https://lawresearchmagazine.sbu.ac.ir/article_82187_2512aaa96a3246d561d2111b498acc41.pdf
