In this series of articles, we have undertaken to report on currentdevelopments in the thinking of Shi’e Ijtihads, in particular inthe area of contemporary civil issues and, especially,transactions. The flow of this discussion started from MullahMohammad-Kazem Khorasani and, in previous articles in thisseries, we have dealt with the innovations of SeyyedMohammad-Kazem Tabatabaei Yazdi with regard to the topic ofagency.
