ng> Acquaintance with the rules and regulations governing new fields of law requires the availability of and research in those domains. Aviation insurance law is one of the newest fields whose sources have been formed in the international domain. International Conventions, aviation insurers’ customs, and regional and domestic regulations are the most important sources of aviation insurance law which are analyzed in this article in order to reach a better comprehension.
