Economic violence against women is one of the topics that has been raised recently in the field of international law, and a series of documents and policies regarding it have been approved and communicated by international organizations and institutions. In these documents, a coherent set of definitions and measures to deal with economic violence have been developed and designed, which in general tries to make all countries reflect and implement these policies in their legal system. Identifying and extracting the criminal policy of international documents on the issue of dealing with economic violence against women will solve the need of managers and decision makers of the country to adopt smart measures in dealing with international documents.
By studying documents and books, this research collects relevant data from international documents and related articles, then identifies and extracts the legal criminal policy of dealing with economic violence in international documents with a descriptive and analytical method. The research results show that the existing criminal policy measures against this issue can be classified into 6 categories: (1) Criminalization of economic violence against women, (2) Recognition of women's property rights, (3) Women's equality in rights finance with men, (4) access to employment, (5) access to education and (6) access to health services. Although some special protections such as leave for working mothers have been considered in these measures, the main measures are for full equality between men and women, including in the legislative system, family environment, employment, education, treatment, etc.
