Migration is a complex and multiple phenomenon that causes various and even contradictory reflections among immigrants. These reflections are best reflected in art and literature. Immigrant identity as a subculture is sometimes perverted or delinquent, which grows on the margins of the two main dominant cultures, the culture of origin and the culture of destination. The novel "Afghani Keshi" is an attempt to understand the life, suffering and love of second and third generation Afghans who have seen nowhere but Iran. Those who consider this as their homeland while being deprived of even the slightest citizenship rights. A review of this novel based on the content analysis method shows that the main character of the story is a young Afghan girl who is at risk of victimization and delinquency. In order to be able to have a position in Iranian society, he hides his true identity, but nevertheless faces many difficulties and problems. Such a content makes it possible to study this novel based on the findings of criminology, especially the theories of cultural conflict, zemiology, and daily activities, in order to find out why immigrant people commit crimes and are victimized.
