After more than five decades scholarly research activities, Legal Research is now an invaluable heritage for the legal society. We, the internal pillars of the journal and the editorial board, are the custodians of lawyers, researchers, professors and students in this quarterly and strive to provide qualified services to our esteemed readers while enhancing qualitative indicators and improving internal procedures. Accordingly, this journal achieved grade "A" in the yearly assessment of the Scientific Publications Commission of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of Islamic Republic of Iran in 2025 and also indexed on EBSCO. Additionally, we have planned to index the journal in other international publication database and to enhance its impact factor. Consequently, we have amended journal's guidelines for authors including the requirement of English detailed abstract and all references translation in English. Also the editorial board, the internal organs and executive team including the specialist, technical and literary editors and the layout manager exerted all their utmost effort to ensure on time publication of every new issue at the beginning of each season for the discerning readers, despite all prevailing circumstances. These objectives can be achieved only through divine grace, the collaboration of eminent reviewers and authors, and the steadfast support of the Center for Scientific Publications at Shahid Beheshti University and its respected staff.
This journal entails wide and various legal topics in traditional, modern and inter-disciplinary fields and receives articles from different researchers affiliated with universities and scientific and research centers across the country. Moreover some authors with foreign affiliations choose this journal to review and publish their articles. Meanwhile, esteemed and distinguished reviewers evaluate articles in a double-blind peer reviewing process.
Developing and collaborating with new reviewers in modern fields and improving the existing legal literature are some of the permanent policies of this journal. Accordingly, empowering legal literature in those fields which have led to challenges in citizens' social life, court operations and different organizations affairs, is our defined priority. Therefore, we invite authors in those areas to submit their original articles in Legal Research to review and publish (through journal's reviewing and acceptance process), if desired.
Regarding the above mentioned policy, in this season issue (Vol. 28, 3(111)), while addressing diverse legal fields, we have strived to cover various topics so that readers with varying specializations and scholarly interests can access to qualified content. Furthermore, considering authors geographical variety, we tried to publish articles from researchers, students, professors and lawyers across different provinces and scientific centers. Thus, enthusiasts in fields such as administrative law, law and jurisprudence, criminal law and criminology, economic law, private law, intellectual property law, public law, comparative law, environment law and labor law can find their articles of interest to read.
