Getting through Yalda and the onset of winter, Vol. 28 (112) of Legal Research is published. In this issue, seventeen valuable articles of esteemed authors from domestic and international universities are selected and published. In this path, with the collaboration of authors, literary and technical editions of selected articles as well as final page layouts are fully prepared to present appropriate and qualified legal content to our prominent audience.
In issue 112, in addition to English and Persian abstracts, the extract of articles are added to the beginning of each article in Highlights section containing three key points, offering readers precise and ultimate research conclusions of every article only within seconds. Moreover, as in previous issues of this journal, technical and specialized editions assist authors with accurate and credible citation to protect others copy rights and adherence to publishing ethics. Also, in this issue, by adding sub-titles to extended English abstracts, while trying to improve formative structuring of the content, we took required measures to reflect research subjects and final conclusion of every article in an explicit and transparent manner for our international audiences. Therefore, sub-titles such as Introduction, Methods, Results & Discussions and Conclusion are included within the extended English abstracts. Furthermore, as a result of our readers trust and based on Islamic World Science & Technology Monitoring and Citation Institute (ISC) report, the Legal Research H index has been upgraded to 14.
Now, all interested researchers in legal fields, may access to wide range of articles in International Law, Criminal Law & Criminology, Public Law, Philosophy of Law, Family Law, Private Law, Capital Market Law, Sport Law, Human Rights and Technology Law & AI. The first article of this issue is devoted to "Assaults on Critical Infrastructure and International Law" in which the author examines one of the main and contemporary challenges in international law that is attacking or disrupting the critical infrastructure of countries and its effects on Iran, Iraq and Syria. By reading this article, the reader considers the effects of Gap project by Türkiye and the construction of dams on Harirud River and Helmand River by Afghanistan under Assault analysis. Other articles in comparative studies and interdisciplinary fields as well as specialized legal topics are publically available.
We, the Legal Research team, continually strive to improve the journal's standards to provide our distinguished audiences with valuable and qualified content. While inviting authors and researchers to submit their articles on current issues affecting the domestic and international legal system in this journal for evaluation and review, we ask all to read our latest Authors Guide to stay informed about final amendments.
We hope to publish our next issue (Spring 2026) on time and consistently to play our constructive and efficient role and develop the existing legal literature with our respected audiences. Please share any suggestions and criticisms with us via journal's email address, law.res.mag@sbu.ac.ir
