With the advancement of human knowledge in the field of biotechnology,over the last two decades breeding has developed in a previouslyunimaginable manner. Along with the expansion of human knowledge andits modern achievements in science and genetics, complex legal and juridicalissues that were raised at that time are now becoming clear. Human birth in amanner other than what is typical is an aspiration which humans have longdesired to realize and make possible.In recent years, the newsin the field ofgenetics that scientists have successfully cloned humansis a phenomenonthat has surprised the world. As a new phenomenon in the field ofbiotechnology and because of its association with human problems,cloningor assimilation has raised questions in various fields and contemporaryjurists and lawyers have opened several new branches of their disciplines toface this. In this article we examine how this question is perceived from thedifferent perspectives of Shiite and Sunni experts. In Sunni jurisprudence, astrict approach is takentowards accepting this technology and it is consideredboth illegal and immoral to such a degree that so that its agents are seen asmerchants of war with God. In contrat, the Shiite position is much softertowards this phenomenon seen and jurists have sought to justify and acceptit, even though there is dissent which should not be ignored.
