ng>The interaction of labor standards and international trade has become a key issue in the relations between the advanced industrialized and developing countries in the past decade.Many opponents of this interaction, point out to the duality of these two institutions - the International labor Organization and the World Trade Organization - and said that the structure of these two international organizations are very different. Despite devoting doing some other work by the ILO and the World Trade Organization, but some things are done jointly by both.In this paper, a systematic review to establish the relationship between the WTO and labor standards are addressed through sanctions.In this paper, a systematic review to establish the relationship between the WTO and labor standards are addressed through sanctions. In this review,point out that it is not possible to establish such a relationship easily, But the significant role of these two institutions in the promotion of labor standards cannot be ignored and This paper presents an effective solution to solve the problems of this link.But to achieve the goal of promoting basic standards various tools Such as social tagging, expanding education and trade liberalization in developing countries should be used.Key words:Basic labor standards, Full employment, economic sanctions, alternative tools.
