ng>The” inseparable judgment“has considered in articles 308, 359 and 404 iranian civil procedure code which relating to claims between plaintiffs and defendants with some interests. These claims are arising when there is a same cause of action. The “indispensable claim “is one of these cases and all of defendants shall be sued in these cases.
